This document encompasses the Terms of Use, Consent for Data Sharing, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other page- or service-specific agreement you may agree to (collectively, the “End-User Policies”). These collectively form a legally binding agreement between you and Agdi. Your acceptance and compliance with these End-User Policies is a prerequisite for your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you should cease using the Platform immediately. REGISTRATION

TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

Agdi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform with or without notice if:

SERVICES

You acknowledge that the Platform is an online platform that enables the sale/purchase of products, finished agri-commodities, and services listed on the Platform at the indicated prices, subject to availability. Agdi acts solely as a facilitator and does not control or participate in transactions. The contract for the sale of products and services is a bipartite agreement between you and the seller.

PLATFORM FEE

Agdi may charge a platform fee as indicated for each transaction, payable by the seller, service provider, or other users offering goods/services. The platform fee varies depending on the nature of the transaction. The amount will be displayed before the payment process begins. The Platform offers payment modes like NetBanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and digital wallets. Payments are processed by third-party vendors, whose terms will apply in addition to those of the Platform. Upon successful payment, an invoice will be generated and sent via email.

REFUND POLICY

For products and services purchased through the Platform, refunds will be governed by the policies of the service provider offering those products or services.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may post information on the Platform, such as comments and reviews. However, you agree not to post content that:

LIMITED LICENSE

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Agdi disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Agdi does not guarantee that the Platform will be available, secure, or free of errors, or that results will meet your expectations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agdi will not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Agdi harmless from any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform or breach of terms.

CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM POLICIES

These Terms of Use shall be governed by Indian law. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Platform's use.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Agdi may modify the End-User Policies at its sole discretion. You are advised to review the policies regularly.

WAIVER

No provision of the Terms of Use shall be waived unless Agdi expressly consents in writing.
